We offer a wide variety of education services including Comprehensive medication management, smoking cessation, and senior risks assessments.

Our diabetes education program, Ho'okaulike Wellness, is accredited by the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and has been operating and teaching community members since 2017.  Group and one-on-one settings will ensure each participant is in an optimal learning setting for their specific needs and goals.  Diabetes education services are covered by most insurances, contact us to learn more!
